Huron Your Own

Do not adjust your blog. I am up at the not so electric cottage. My brilliant plan to drive in from the lake and file every day from the lovely MacBeth Cafe in Sauble Beach–the only place around here with wireless internet access–is proving to be a bit tricker than I thought, given all the other writing chores I have at the moment.
Please enjoy this vintage test pattern instead of regular posts this week (a cheap trick I stole from my blog buddy and TV critic mentor David Bianculli). Regular posts will resume shortly.
By the way, MacBeth has lovely pressed sandwiches. Try the Mediterranean (chicken breast, black olives, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, Peta and Italian dressing) and thank me later.
