Box Score Review #7: Republic of Doyle

If you missed Wednesday’s premiere of the new CBC drama Republic of Doyle, here’s a quick “Box Score” video review. I’m giving the Newfoundland-based PI drama four stars out of five. You can hear more about Republic of Doyle on this week’s podcast with CHML’s Scott Thompson. Scott’s wife wanted to know when the next new episode of Grey’s Anatomy is going to air (a week from tonight) and why so many other shows are slow to come back this year (Glee doesn’t air again until April!). We also talk about that Canada/U.S. Junior hockey championship Tuesday, which drew an incredible 5,625,000 TSN viewers according to BBM Canada overnight estimates.
