PASADENA, CA–Ran into Jon Cassar at the star studded Fox press tour party Tuesday night. The former 24 showrunner directed Greg Kinnear and Katie Holmes–who he says are both excellent–in The Kennedys, the controversial miniseries that the History Channel bailed on last Friday. He says there’s nothing sensational in the script, that any issues raised by History and by lawyers were addressed during production and that the finished, eight-part series sticks close to the facts.
