According to Numeris, the beautifully photographed, two-hour informercial for Adele’s new album “30” topped the Top-30 list of the most-watched shows in Canada for November 8-14.
Adele One Night Only was the only TV show to top the two million total viewer mark that same week in Canada. Four of the Top-5 most-watched shows in total 2+ viewers in English Canada were broadcast on Global and four of the Top-5 were CBS simulcasts.
The most-watched show in francaphone Quebec the same second week of November was District 31. The popular cop show drew 1,805,000 total viewers on SRC in Quebec alone, enough to rank it the third most-watched series in all of Canada.
Numeris’ Top-30 national list, however, is English only. Here’s how the Top-10 ranked Nov. 8-14 in 2+ AMA totals:

The Masked Singer ranked 15th for the week with 1,329,000 CTV viewers. In Quebec, Chanteurs Masqués was second in the province on with 1,752,000 TVA viewers.
Global’s simulcast of Saturday Night Live, hosted that week by Jonathan Majors with musical guest Taylor Swift, ranked 17th with 1,202,000 viewers. Citytv’s top draw was Chicago Fire in 18th spot with 1,194,000 viewers.

NFL football finally cracked Canada’s Top-30 this fall with the Sunday, Nov. 14 early game drawing 1,061,000 for 23rd place and the NFL late game in at 24th with 1,049,000. Right behind in 25th was the top hockey draw, a TSN broadcast of that Wednesday’s Toronto Maple Leafs tilt. It drew 1,040,000. The fall rookie rookie import La Brea was watched by 1,010,000, finished 26th.
In Toronto-Hamilton, Adele was also the top draw for the week with 470,000 total viewers. Survivor was second in the same region. The Toronto Maple Leafs took four of the Top-11 spots for the week, with the biggest audience going to Hockey Night in Canada prime East CBC take at No. 4 with 384,000 GTA viewers. Leafs also scored at No. 5 (Sportsnet Ont Wednesday 372,000), No. 10 (TSN Friday 323,000) and No. 11 (Hometown Hockey Monday on Sportsnet Ont with 319,000 viewers).
