Breaking Bad, of course, is my pick and just about everyone else’s as show of the year. The finale lived up to the hype and delivered both solid entertainment and good closure for fans. What a year, too, for Bryan Cranston, whose name I spotted as the director of this month’s Christmas episode of Modern Family. Is there anything this guy can’t do well?
