Scott Thompson called today to catch up on all the good stuff that went down on the recent TCA press tour. I spilled the beans on CHML, You can listen in here. The main stuff was all about Jay Leno, how he took the NBC portion of the tour by storm, looking trim and fit (he’s dropped 25 lbs) and battle ready for the nightly 10 p.m. test in about a month. There’s also some blah blah about Paula Abdul and how everybody wants her on their network now. My money is still on Paula sitting next to Simon Cowell on Idol in January. And my encounter with Shaquille O’Neal, the enormous NBC star who crashed ABC’s closing bash at TCA.
