The latest Netflix Top-10 in Canada shows The Crown reigning as the most-watched series on the streaming service for the second week in a row.

Opening in third spot is Season Three of Dead to Me, a series that has been delayed due to the pandemic but also by the fragile health of series lead Christina Applegate. The Emmy Award-winning actress, who turns 51 in days, was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis in 2021.

Applegate, who survived breast cancer surgery in 2008, recently was honoured with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The actress co-stars on the dark comedy with Linda Cardellini. The two play grieving widows who each have their share of dark secrets. The series is filled with twists and turns and enough well-timed cliffhangers that it’s almost impossible not to binge. The 10-episode third season wraps up the series, with Applegate’s former Married…with Children co-star Katey Sagal and Marc Evans continuing to guest. Garret Dillahunt (Raising Hope) joining the cast this season as an FBI agent.
